Gone with the wind
“It is more satisfying to cycle in tailwind than headwind, so why should leisure cyclist fight the wind?”
It was this question, which started a mad chase for the impossible: Always cycling with the wind in your back. Naturally, the direction of the wind cannot be reprogrammed, so instead the route with the most tail wind was calculated. The created route would end at a train station, which allowed the cyclist to skip the windy trip back home.
The tool would also alert the user of other weather events like high risk of rain or the sun setting and had the option to make the route go through nearby parks.
